Returns

Returns and Refunds: Sarie-Jayne offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible. Please note that only standard size gowns may be returned at a $150 restocking fee per item. Custom sized items are non-refundable.
We provide a free return label for orders within the United States upon request. Customers outside the United States are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation: Please note that orders MAY NOT be cancelled once in production. If an order is not transferred to production within 60 days at the client's request, or due to the client's failure to confirm the order, the full order cost becomes non-refundable after this period. Any refund request (including cases where the order was placed by mistake), will be subject to a 4% deduction to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes all custom size and personalized products, as well as any other products specified as final sale at checkout or in product descriptions.

A $300 fee will be charged for dresses that are returned with visible stains or damage. This amount will be deducted from your refund. We emphasize that cleaning a wedding dress is a complex and costly process, especially since wedding gowns are delicate and require specialized cleaning services. We reserve the right to reject a return entirely if stains are not cleaned or if we are unable to remove any hair or other marks.
Important information on soiled merchandise: We want to provide a beautiful dress to another bride who may want to order the same dress after you, and it is crucial that the dress remains in pristine condition.
We strongly advise you to take the following measures when trying on the dress at home: **Try the dress on only on a clean body **Avoid animal hair, dirt, or cosmetic stains **Avoid spills with food and beverages

When gown is damaged upon arrival: It can be upsetting for our brides when a gown they've ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.

The representation of our gowns on the website: Please note that each gown is unique and hand-sewn, so there may be slight variations from what is shown on the website. Additionally, the dress color may vary depending on the fabric batch.
